Marina Hauser is the co-founder of Beantown Property Group, LLC and partner of Realty National MA, LLC in Boston, MA. Marina is one of the most successful young investors in the nation and her proven track record in real estate is staggering. In the past 10 years she has been part of a team, from A&E’s hit TV show “Flip This House” that flipped or wholesaled over 600 residential properties and has closed over 100 short sale transactions. Marina is also a Mastery coach/consultant through Fortunebuilders, Inc, ranked #1 in education by Inc Magazine. She works one on one with students across the country that want to learn more about building a successful real estate investments company.

Delince Louis, Esq. is the co-founder of Beantown Property Group, LLC, a partner of Realty National MA, LLC and principal of Louis & Associates, P.C. Delince is a highly experienced real estate investor specializing in redeveloping distressed properties. Delince has contributed his expertise to the rehabilitation of many top real estate properties in the Boston area. As an attorney for over 10 years Delince has counciled numerous developers, homeowners, and lending institutions and assisted in the closing of many lucrative real estate developments. Passion, dedication, and honesty are what drive his success as a co-owner of Beantown Property Group.
